A. Advance Payment
- Non-refundable advance required for order confirmation.
- Balance to be paid as per milestone schedule.
- Delays in payment may affect schedule or cause suspension.
B. Scope & Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Site survey, custom solar design
- Solar Modules: SAATVIK/Premier
- Mounting Structure: Suntek (500mm clearance)
- Inverter: GOODWE / Growatt / Suntek Approved
- DC Cabling: Polycab (Max 15+15m per string)
- AC Cabling: Polycab (Max 15m)
- Separate earthing (Civil work by client)
- Protection: LA for >5 kWp, AC/DC DB (Siemens/Polycab)
- Data Logger: Wi-Fi required (non-Jio)
C. Warranty & Guarantee
- Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (90% @10yrs, 80% @25yrs)
- Inverter: 7 years OEM warranty
- Installation: 5 years workmanship warranty
- Structure: 10 years anti-rust/structural warranty
D. Installation Timeline
Installation begins within 7–10 working days after full payment/approval. Delays due to authorities not under vendor’s control.
E. Subsidy & Government Schemes
Support for MNRE/State subsidy application. Approval/disbursement depends on govt. agencies.
F. System Ownership
Ownership transfers after full payment. Commissioning may be withheld until full settlement.
G. Maintenance & Support
- 5 years technical support
- Remote help, site visits, issue resolution
- AMC available after 5 years
- Damage/tampering not covered
H. Force Majeure
BiddBuzz by Suntek not liable for delay/failure due to uncontrollable events (natural disaster, lockdowns, etc.)
I. Limitations of Liability
- No liability for grid failure or poor weather
- No responsibility for damages by mishandling or third parties
J. Additional Requirements
Extra materials/services beyond BOM charged at actuals (e.g., extra cables, civil work, structure height). Pre-approved by customer.
